Hello! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog.
Is it hard to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any points or suggestions? Cheers

Its been realy nice coming back to flying and meeting up with old and new frends. You will be talking about the Hill Inn above Ingelton North Yorshire re the wagon wheal. Yes Ive been through the spokes. Its a very popular caving pub and they like the challenge of tight sques after a pint or two. May be see you on the hill some time. Come and say hello

Really enjoying the podcasts on all manners of XC. Learning a lot, thanks!

Would you be interested to do a talk in one of our monthly club meetings in or around Swansea? We have quite a few budding XC’ers with myself being one. Here is our website for the club http://www.swwsc.co.uk

We usually meet on the first Thursday of the month but could easily change that to suit yourself.

Let me know what you think and any monetary requirements for the talk.

I started paragliding in 1990 and really got going in 1992 so remember Richard who was an inspiration to all. I remember going along to a Nationals round in the Dales in 94 or 95 (not to fly). The weather was rubbish on that particular day so in true style everyone retired to a pub in the middle of nowhere and the fun started. It was a sight to see Richard and other pilots being dragged through a wagon wheel in a dividing wall in the pub. (I’m sure it was him – but apologise if i’m incorrect). I met him also a few times when I was a Nationals Marshal and he is a really nice and modesy guy. I am so glad he came back to the sport and kicked everyones ass – still an Inspiration. Well done Richard.

Hi Both,

This is a very sad day for people who enjoy flying paragliders and like to here from people living the dream. Many thanks for both of your time producing this blog and collection of pod casts etc.

If I ever get to fly XC, some of the motivation to fly from the hill will have come from these web pages.
